Meet the Owner
With 25 years of experience in the design-build industry, Scott Ross is passionate about creating stunning outdoor living spaces that invite people outside to relax, entertain, and make lasting memories.
Scott's journey in landscaping began in 1999 with a small company in Delaware, OH, where his attention to detail and strong work ethic quickly set him apart. In 2007, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Ohio State University, then went on to work with larger landscape companies in the Columbus area. There, he honed his expertise in hardscape construction, sales and design, landscape maintenance, and production management.
In addition to his career in outdoor living design, Scott has proudly served in the Ohio Army National Guard for over 20 years and has achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He currently holds the position of Battalion Commander for the 1-147th RTI. During a deployment to Kuwait in 2019–2020, he served as the Chief of Operations for the 38th Infantry Division headquarters. Following that deployment, Scott founded Union III Outdoor Living in March 2020, driven by a vision to bring exceptional outdoor spaces to life.
